Once our team confirms we go together like Peanut Butter and Jelly, our Co-Founder Andrew will call you to discuss a few more detailed questions regarding you and the property's history. Before we are able to give you a cash offer for your property, we will schedule a quick viewing of the interior and exterior of the property. Following, we will be able to offer you a fair cash offer for your property!
Once you verbally accept our cash offer for your property, we will send you our purchasing agreement for you to sign electronically or in-person. We will then have a 2-week inspection period, where the AJ Otter Contractor Team will peak inside the property to give a second opinion on the property's condition before finalizing all the details. Following a successful inspection, we will then agree on a closing date and before you know it, BAM - money in your hands.
