Do you know someone who needs to sell their house? We have a selling option for every homeowner! Whether they have a home that needs a lot of work or they have a house that needs very little, we have an option for them.

Qualifications:

This program refers to all cash offer, seller / creative financing transactions. Does not apply to Quick-Sale Listing Service (QSLS).
Referral does not qualify if AJ Otter is already in active communication with the referred personnel about their property.
Must fill out Referral Program Form accurately and in its entirety to qualify.
Referrer and referred can not be the same person. Also, referrer and referred personnel can not live in the same household.

The referral check only gets distributed to the referrer if the deal closes with AJ Otter Inc. and their affiliates.
The referred personnel must be a mutual friend or family member of the property deed owner (or decision maker).
Referral checks may arrive up to 3-4 weeks after closing.
It is the referrer's responsibility to submit accurate personal information to ensure the check arrives at the correct location. If their personal information changes that would affect the delivery of funds, AJ Otter must be notified by the referrer.
Must be a legal U.S. citizen of the United States of America or permitted on a legal visa to the States to qualify for the referral program (proof of citizenship upon request).
